Step 1: Find Your RIASEC Personality
What You Will Do
You will learn six common career-personality patterns, take a short survey, and receive a Holland Code made from your strongest two or three letters.
Important: RIASEC is not a test you pass or fail. It is simply a way to describe the kinds of activities and work environments you tend to prefer.
What Does RIASEC Mean?
R — Realistic
You may enjoy building, fixing, operating equipment, working outdoors, or doing practical hands-on tasks.
I — Investigative
You may enjoy researching, analyzing, experimenting, solving problems, or understanding how things work.
