What Do You Need From a Job?

Two people can enjoy the same work but want very different workplaces. Work values are the things that make a job feel worthwhile or comfortable to you.

Rate each value from 1 = not important to 5 = extremely important. Do not give everything a 5—try to notice what matters most.
